The bathroom soap dispensers had pubic hair on them. I requested them to be replaced at the front desk but instead they were not replaced and money was stolen from my bags in the room. The door was closed securely. I always double check before leaving. I filed a report but so far nrothing was done to fix this.

The Rio is under some renovations around the hotel and casino. It’s definitely a bit dated and seen better days but the staff were friendly and the food and entertainment options available were great. Best place to stay if you brought your car to vegas as we did. No hassle parking and easy access for Uber/Food delivery. Great value in my opinion. Can’t wait to see what the next era of Rio looks like.

Needs an update. Carpets aren’t clean, tub is old, shower super old and shower head had mold. Service was great, bed was clean and comfy, the rest of the room was disappointed couch super dirty with stains.

I think when the renovations are finished, it will be a nice facility. But my room had a 1970’s couch that was nasty in my room. And no hot water half the time for a shower.
