The room blew a fuse, it took half a day to sort that out. The room came with 3 towels, it's a room for 4 people max. I asked for more towels never came. No ice buckets, no cups to brush teeth or drink with.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful - room service, housekeeping valet etc. BUT if you need help you have to go thru AI and their fake person RITA. Our heat in our room was acting up, and we didn't know what to do. It was super cold! Also, we thought it was unfortunate when we found out much of the bellboy and valet staff had recently been let go! The wait to get luggage assistance took a very long time and the poor guys were working so hard. We made sure to tip them well because they should have had more help! Also, the restaurants are not open very late here and we had a hard time finding food after going to events. The only time we were able to actually eat here was for breakfast and ordered room service. It is nice being off the strip and easier to get an UBER, so we went elsewhere to eat.

Love the large square footage in the rooms! Our remodeled room was nice, shower water pressure was great on the 13th floor. Plenty of places to eat!

They need to clean the rooms, have some water bottles in the room, they shouldn't charged resort fee, the pool was closed didnt even get a chance to go outside the resort

The shower in my room worked poorly and the drain didn’t drain so I had to shower while standing in a pool of water. Disappointing. The property itself is nice-but my room In the Masquerade tower was underwhelming,
