Great room! Great value! Clean, nice, and fun view! The staff was so helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. It was easy and fast to get our keys. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay except for our fridge in the room. We left messages with the AI receptionist (we even kept our do no disturb tag off of the door like they said) no one came to the room. Spoke to two different people from the front desk and requested to have the fridge fixed. But no one came at all. We had to discard medications because of this. Overall the room was clean and the valet service was great. Wish we were given an update or if they came atleast stay in communication. Quite disappointed with the outcome.

Weren't allowed to check in until AFTER 4 p.m. then given a room that was already occupied and we talked in on a women in a state of undress. Had to go back downstairs to wait in line again. Called housekeeping at 7:30 p.m. for extra bedding for our son and no one came by 10 p.m. - had to use our coats as extra blankets. The lobby smelled like an ash tray and they charge a resort fee and the pool is not open. . . Will NOT return.

The staff during check in was great but the attitudes of the dealers at black jack was terrible. I asked a dealer a question and she sneared at me and said youve been playing so i dont know why you dont know. The pit boss came by and did nothing as well. Plus they have 1 paigow table not opened during late nights i was told. I come to gamble and will stick to the venetian service. Wont be back to Roo
