The room was great. However, the “check in gift” was an annoying process and I didn’t enjoy getting a sales pitch about sitting through an hour timeshare presentation when I just wanted to check in and go to sleep. Additionally it being advertised as a “gift” was frustrating and it was an aggressive experience with people tracking us down and basically dragging us over to the desk after getting our room keys. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Couple of the lights didn’t work, but that probably was just dead bulbs which was ok.

The staff is amazing, kind, courteous, and very attempting to customers needs. The only issue was the bathroom, however, staff replaced the dirty shower curtain and cleaned the tub and bathroom. Staff also allowed me extra time to check out due to my flight time
