Staff was always polite and very helpful, even after checking in and then requesting a different room to be closer to our daughter and her family. They got us right next door. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. Slept like a rock on the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Floor above was under construction was not told until check in and jackhammers all day Monday-Friday. BBQ close at 6pm. Hope you eat dinner early! Cleaning staff ignores do not disturb tags. Will ring bell every day. Shower door did not close.

The staff was friendly overall, but the pushy sales tactics at the entrances were annoying. We were repeatedly offered a “free gift” and pressured to go into offices to hear a timeshare pitch, which took away from the experience. Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival. The carpet was in poor condition and had food debris like chips and breadcrumbs. The bathroom also had a noticeable amount of hair, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. We requested a late checkout and were told it was approved. However, at around 10:20 a.m., the cleaning crew knocked and insisted they needed to clean. When we explained that we had been granted a late checkout, she said it wasn’t on her list and seemed to pressure us to leave, which felt rude and unprofessional.

Hot tub only available to 'owners' and the main pool closed for maintenance. And small pool only open 10am to 6pm. For a large resort fee - very poor. There should have been q significant discount.
