Just ok

The amenities were good on paper but not so much in person. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes so everything had to be washed by hand. The dryer didn’t actually dry so it was quicker to hang stuff on the balcony. This wasn’t a giant deal except that we didn’t get housekeeping at all for the entire stay and we were expected to wash our own if we needed clean pool towels. The kitchen had bare bones equipment. There wasn’t even a pizza pan or pizza cutter. The check in staff was very nice, but then we had to “activate our keys” at the vacations desk. In other words, after a long day of travel we had to wait in line for another 15 minutes to hear a timeshare spiel before we could proceed to our room. Thankfully the salesman took the hint pretty quickly that we were not interested but it was still irritating. The several pools were nice, but on multiple occasions the closest one to our room was completely closed making us have to go to a smaller (and usually more crowded) pool. All in all, I’d say it was still a decent value considering what we paid for a two bedroom condo, but this definitely wasn’t a top notch accommodation.
