Amazingly quiet for a fairly central location (couple blocks off the Strip; next door to the Sphere). Very clean and comfy with fully-equipped unit (with kitchen). Quick check-in (but they'll try to entice you to hear about buying a time-share).

Excellent Stay!

It was fantastic! Helpful staff. Clean room with plenty of amenities in a quiet "village". Just steps from The Sphere. I highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come back to Las Vegas.

we stayed here for a show at the Sphere, and this was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the entrance in less than 10 minutes, not having to deal with the long Uber waits! Staff was very friendly and it was easy to get groceries delivered so we could cook in the suite. We loved that it was off the strip but an easy walk or quick Uber to the action. Great value and would definitely stay here again.

excellent location, nice facility, great for folks who want to prepare their own meals, and comfortably sleeps 6. a couple of minor maintenance issue were resolved. the only real issue was noise. we were on a street facing unit where night construction was happening and vehicle noise was always present.

Expect to pay more and be scammed

They check you in at one desk, make you go to another and sneak you to sign up for a time share meeting. You don't go and get charged $40 even though you say you wernt interested. Pretty crappy and the service was awful, especially with room maintenance.

This property is walking distance from the Sphere so it's very convenient if that's the reason for the trip to Vegas. The rooms are actually condos so they're big and useful. The on-grounds grill is excellent. Walking distance (although bit of a hike) to the monorail.

The place was good. A little outdated. The restaurant was probably the best part. No housekeeping services. With that being said, they should leave more towels and more laundry supplies.

I did not want to be sold a time share, carpet/furniture/kitchen etc was old and had lots of wear. 1 pool/hot tub was working and the others under construction. Was not what I expected or feel was advertised when booking! Extremely disappointed!
