I wanted to check out early and was told No since I booked through Expedia. We moved to another hotel but returned for breakfast and rest before our next stop, only to find out that our room was given away. When we inquired at the front desk they still REFUSED to credit us for the night. With no place to stay we sat in a parking lot to discuss issues. We had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom. Also, they were such idiots they reactivated our room key and we walked in on the guest they gave our room too. Horrible experience!!!

Everything was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the pancakes! The shower head was sooo nice. Great hot tub and pool! We really enjoyed our stay and were quite pleased!
