The first morning . I woke up the door lock malfunctioned I was locked in on my room had call front desk they sent security his master key would not unlike the door he had to call engineer to break in the room to let me out they had to replace the entire lock

The room was fantastic and the hotel staff was very nice. There was some construction noise that was very disruptive one morning, and neither the Signature staff nor Jet Luxury Staff had any info on when it might stop or if it might continue all weekend, but they did offer to move us if we wanted. I love that there was no housekeeping coming and going throughout our stay. Who needs housekeeping when you're only there 4 days. We can make our bed and reuse towels. It was a very nice stay - highly recommend.
