For the price, the room was ok and our request to move one of our rooms from a twin to a King was accommodated. Well located on The Strip. Took a long time to get service and our room keys needed to be replaced multiple times. Each time we had to que to get keys recut. It was interesting to see staff sit there looking busy and not call guests over only to then walk out. One of our two rooms was reasonably modern, the other was extremely tired. Both were close to the elevator and noisy. Parking was a distance away with the no clear drop off point and we were unclear on whether or not we could exit and renter it at $20 a night. Would stay again for convenience, location and price.

Stayed in twin fountain view room. Room was great size and very comfortable. Planet Hollywood location is fantastic. Easy walking to all areas of the strip and close to a large range of eating places and bars.

A wonderful place to stay, not a wonderful place to park. The rooms are clean and safe and the staff is friendly. The resort fee should cover your parking. I was told the mall owns the parking, but it still feels wrong as it's all owned by the same entity.

Toilet kept getting plugged daily. So we had to call four times to have it fixed. And when we complained the supervisor only gave us 1 night of resort fee back. I do not think that was sufficient. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend PH.

GOOD VALUE AND LOCATION

The best part of the stay was the location. We went to Vegas to see Pierce the Veil and it was nice to be so close to the venue at PH live. The location of PH itself is great near Aria and Cosmo and alot of food options. We went to the MM shops and ate at Carnegie it was good for the price. Earl of Sandwich and Pin up Pizza are also solid. But there were some issues with the stay. I utilized the express check in and I got an email that my room was ready and I just needed to go to the kiosk, the kiosk then tells me my room was not ready. So I still had to wait in line that was only staffed by 1-2 ppl. The staff from the front desk to the valet all seemed very irritable and not happy to be there. I understand but when you are just trying to get away for a couple days you dont want to deal with rudeness. The valet argued with me about having pre paid which I thought I did but he said i paid for self parking and told me to self park i told him i wanted valet and then he proceeds to tell ok but they work off tips. It was just very off putting and the front desk person wasnt any better. PH is good value for what you pay but they could use an improvement in customer service and morale.
