First of all the Fremont experience begins straight across the street which was great. The room was clean and they came and cleaned very well when we asked (they only clean if asked to which I prefer). The bed was so soft and comfortable. The staff was great and friendly. The pool was nice and not too crowded. The employees there (Chrystal and Jacob) were very accomodating and helpful. The fireworks show on Friday night was excellent and so fun! The cast of the Mavericks made an appearance and were all so friendly. There were always plenty of taxis lined along the street . We enjoyed our stay there and will return!

This hotel seemed like it was going to be a good choice. The first problem upon arrival was the elevators from the parking lot were taking long. Like 10 min long. As I was walking to the check in, the casino and elevator room seemed decent so I didn’t think it would be too bad. As I got into the room, I was truly disappointed. The room is out dated, a very small tv, the bathroom floor was sticky(like real sticky), the bathroom light didn’t work, very small bathroom too. The shower screams as you turn on the water. They provided two mini water bottles for free, which did not taste great. The bed was okay at best. The smell into the rooms was awful, smelled like a bunch of grandpas smoking. Compared to all the other hotels in the area I have tried, this has got to be the worst. I stayed here as a last minute plan to leave early for my trip, so I only stayed from about 11pm to check out. Thank God for that in way. Would never come again. Avoid this hotel.

Everything was old and the rooms smelled old. The walls are thin and you can hear others. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No amenities in the room. The ice machine was out of service so we had to get ice from another floor. One of the elevators wasn’t able to get to the 3rd floor. We walked around outside near the hotel but it didn’t feel safe due to all the homeless people in the area. So we stayed in our room. We were told the parking was free but the parking scanner was not scanning our room key card and was trying to charge us. A parking attendant walked up and scanned us out, so that was nice. We won’t be staying there again.

Room experience sucked

Really nice and friendly customer service right when we got there. My room was nice and big the bathroom was so small not what I expected then to top it off my hot water didn’t work had to call maintenance to go fix it then in the mornings I had to do exactly what he did by flushing the toilet a couple of times before I would get hot water again and the shower walls had hair on them from the previous people that stayed their. Then a night later it was windy and the air was coming through making a big whistling noise and that kept me up all night would not stay their again

I was triple billed for my hotel deposit and resort fees. Promised speedy check but had to wait 20 minutes to check in. I was double billed and had to call three times to get a reversal. My toilet didn't work at two am in the morning and had to call the frontdesk.

Nice stay

Very nice and comfortable room. The pool is small, but very nice, unfortunately we only got to say for a few hours because of high winds. But the staff was very courteous and refunded our cabana fee. Only criticism is with the check-in process. Despite having done the pre-check in, it took a very long time. But the staff was very nice.
