Check in was a breeze. They allowed us to check in 4 hours before and the room has everything we needed. The customer service is excellent and even the Hash House A Go (breakfast spot within the hotel) was great!

Room was big, but bathroom small. Shower was great, though. The pickleball courts are resurfaced and look great. Wish I could have played! Hot tub, too cold so didn’t use it. But pool had people in it. Staff was great. Had a blast at bingo!

I usually stay at the Caesars Palace but I had to fly out a day earlier than my original reservation. So I decided to give the Plaza a chance. Booked it for the 1 night and omg I had the best time. I was sad I had to leave the next day to my original reservation. I am coming back in December and will definitely book the Plaza. I had a great time . Better than any of my previous stays at the Caesars. Hands down the Plaza is a way better vibe. Room was clean, staff was friendly. I love it.
