The staff/service at Skylofts really shines. Lots of attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. The lofts are a bit dated, but very unique, spacious and well cared for.

The staff at the vip lounge and skylofts are incredibly rude. It shouldn’t matter how I look if I can afford to stay there. They refused service to us, ignored us, and didn’t extend to us many of the options that automatically come with staying in the lofts. The valet asked us for 300 cash to park. The room is beautiful( if a little dated) such a shame they can’t get their service on-par with the surroundings. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

We got there early, they said the room would be ready at 12:30 but then they had “technical difficulties” and couldn’t give us the room until 2pm …. Just kept saying 10 more minutes continually for 90 mins

This was our second stay within the week and the manager did not want to accept the company credit card on the second stay. I would highly recommend this stay. Hands-down the most pleasurable trip I’ve had to Vegas. The staff was super helpful and bent over backwards to make our state pleasant. The room was amazing.
