We really appreciated the lack of a casino and the property being smoke-free. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean room. The free breakfast was unexpected perk, thank you! And the quality of food was very good. The free parking and the ease of parking was also appreciated. If you're looking for a location that provides easy access to the strip, Fremont St., Arts District, and freeways/interstates this is the place.

Thìs Hotel was so amazing the rooms were extra clean the swimming pool was very clean everything about this hotel was very good the employees were friendly and helpful and the best part was the price to stay was very very reasonable and to top it off they give free breakfast @ the Ottimo with each stay

This hotel would be my first choice when coming to Vegas if it was located a little closer to Fashion Mall area. But it is very clean, the staff are exceptional, and the breakfast makes all pain go away. Its a great choice.

Loved the free covered parking, 24/7 security, the no casino / no smoking & very limited bar hours which equates to little drama, & the no resort fees. Area around was shady; do NOT walk to the nearby 7-11. Majority of the employees, particularly front desk, management, & Ottimo hostess (the female) were rude and lacked knowledge. The housekeeping crew were absolutely AMAZING!

Exceeded my expectations. Booked a king room, but at check in they said there were none available. Without me asking, they said they were going to upgrade us to a mini suite. Beautiful corner room on 6th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful.
