The cosmopolitan is a really fun place to stay. And so a lot of people stay there. It's a bit overpriced, but a lot of people stay there. You should really hire many more people to check people in that line is ridiculous to check in and the front desk wasn't all th And the check-in people aren't that friendly

Internet never worked. TV never worked. Complained twice. Last time they offered to send a tech - at 8pm on our last night. At checkout I questioned the resort fee that was supposed to include internet and TV. Guy said he would give me a one day resort fee refund - then charged me for every day. I will never stay at an MGM property again. Ever.

Room was clean. Great amenities and staff. Front desk was able to get me an upgrade with a fountain view with a beautiful and perfect view of the strip. Hotel location was convenient since its between many shops, stores and restaurants. Definitely wouldnt want to stay anywhere else and will only be staying here whenever i come to Vegas.

I was there on November 17-21 I had the time of my life the hotel is very well kept housekeeping came always and rooms were super nice had a fountain view omg was so beautiful the balcony was big and nice ! Also the Casino had great security and staff were always very helping we ate at few restaurants they were all amazing especially the wicked Spoon
