perhaps just bad luck?

the first night, there were no bedding (sheets, blankets) for the sofa bed. When i went to the front desk, they said that housekeeping was closed and they could only find a fitted sheet for the mattress so i had to use the swimming pool towels in the room for a blanket. on the second night, the ceiling above the shower started to collapse. i went back to the front desk and they moved our room because there was a drain leap in the unit above us and the ceiling was saturated with water. We stay here many times a year here because of its location, free parking, no resort fee, no smoking policy, walking distance to the Silverton, and friendly service. This stay however did not meet our expectations. Maybe it was just bad luck. By the way, they don't do housekeeping until you are staying a long period (week) and offer it once during the stay, and they try to sell you a timeshare during your stay on every one of our visits.

Good place for groups or families coming to Las Vegas. Clean, safe and a nice amount of amenities inside the room. Beds and sofa beds need to be updated, definitely the least comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on in a while. Otherwise this place is great!

The hotel is quite good, the room was huge, all the necessary facilities were provided, clean and quiet. I really didn't want to quit the room. The location is too far from the strip (about 30 mins by car).

I love how this is a non smoking resort. It is very clean and I feel very safe when walking to and from the casino. I enjoy the quiet that it brings from being on the busy Las Vegas strip. It’s a great escape!

Excellent value for all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and clean. Convenient parking. Staff was great. The neighbors door slamming shut could be loud. The sleeper sofa and bed were not the most comfortable, but we still slept comfortably. On Saturday there was a car show on the parking structure of the silver ton which blasted music. Not a big deal though. The room was super clean and plenty of towels for three people for a theee night stay. I would definitely stay again

Sports mom’s dream!!!

Quiet location, near food and grocery store. Loved the kitchen, also had its own washer and dryer!! Easy parking, I’m definitely Staying again.
