Lat Krabang hotels & accommodation with spa

I had a bad experience with the airport shuttle. I paid in my booking to have the shuttle taken to the hotel. I called the hotel repeatedly for days to confirm my necessity for the shuttle, no one ever answered until just a few hours before my flight landed. Upon arriving to the airport there were no clear directions from the hotel staff or airport where to catch the shuttle. I spent 4 hours in tha airport trying to get to the hotel. In all, I winded up having to catch a grab to get to the hotel. I was not refunded for the shuttle, in fact they made it seem like it was my fault for their poor directions. The hotel itself felt like a catfish. The pictures did not align with what I thought the hotel looked like based on the pictures. The beds kept rolling and my son winded up getting a really bad scratch on his arm due to the rolling beds. I would not stay here again. The only good part about the stay in my opinion, and my family's opinion, was the pool. It was beautiful as advertised. My entire experience at this hotel is 2/5. And there was a roach in my shower.

From start to go, a great stay. Wonderful hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staff and the free tuk tuk transport to the metro is a must. Highly recommend if you want some luxury in your life.

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the BTS sky train and is in close proximity to many restaurants and malls. Staff was very attentive and professional. However the property is showing its age and could use a renovation. Elevators were quite slow and one was down for maintenance during our week stay. AC was a bit weak in common areas and halls but worked great inside the room.
