All areas at TownePlace appeared clean. Staff was friendly. Our room was roomy and the floor was on the quiet side.I did have a rude encounter at the breakfast area. I was at the toaster when an employee came over to restock the bagel selection I had to move back as if I was in her way! Selection of breakfast items was good. However the eggs had a lot to be desirable. They were tasteless and cold. Over all our stay was good! Thanks again for the running a clean and safe place!

Broken toilet paper holder, but we just put it on sink counter. I made the mistake of waiting until 8:30 am and shower was cold. Gentleman (Demetrius) who checked us in was very personable and efficient.

The room was not clean as it should be. I just cleaned it and removed a lot of long black hair from all over the tub. Looks like it was on the cloth usef to clean with because, it was drug all over. I told the desk clerk and said I had cleaned it and she just looked at me? The handicap handheld shower needs a place to hang it on turn on and off from near the seat area. There is too likely of a fall from getting up and down off the bench while trying to shower.

Stay was nice, clean room and the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel continental breakfast. Service was always nice and greeted us when we walked into the lobby. My only complaint was we had taken the “do not disturb” sign off our door after 2 days of having it on in hopes of getting our room picked up and new towels and they never came by to service our room.
