The Loft is in a good location and the staff were friendly but the room was smelly, dirty and dimly lit. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews.
We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... it’s right in the middle of the main part of Legian.
If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Don’t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!

Very good location, lots of exciting things to do
Great attitude from hotel staff, efficient service with my laundry, great restaurant next door called Seacrets (highly recommended) and within walking distance to many tourist attractions.
Only downside is my room was quite dark.
