Excellent flat in fantastic location

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful flat in Elie. The location is perfect for all the beautiful fishing villages and the Fife coastal path walk. The flat is just a few minutes walk from a bakers, a brilliant deli, a chemist and a newsagents. There are other small shops nearby too, perfect for buckets and spades for children etc. The beach is about 50metres away, and just a little further is the Ship Inn, great pub food with outdoor areas. Our check in process had a slight hitch due to us opening up the key locks in the wrong order, totally our mistake and very swiftly rectified. We have been to this flat twice now and certainly look forward to returning again some time in the future. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay and with very helpful notes and instructions.

Relaxing stay in a flat in a great location at a reasonable price

Whilst I looked at accommodation on sea front, the cost was too much. This flat is a good price with in stones throw of beach and has lovely views of sea being 2 floors up.

Relaxing break in East Neuk of Fife

Flat has everything you need for a relaxing break. The location is perfect for exploring the east neuk and has the advantage of being close to a fine selection of golf courses. St Andrews is 40 minutes by bus. There is a magnificent beach with an opportunity to engage in a variety of water sports.. I would have no hesitation in recommending the flat as a perfect location for an enjoyable break

Fabulous location, lovely flat

Flat was delightful, very cosy, well equipped, everything was perfect. The owners were very prompt with responding to questions. It was very well located - close to the excellent Elie Deli, paper shop, bus stop, The Ship Inn on the harbour for fabulous meals.

Home from home

The flat is perfect. The owners have provided it with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are a good size and what I would call elegant and comfortable. The owners kept in touch before and during our stay. The flat is central to Elie with an excellent deli (warm bread at 8am on a Sunday morning.) Several small local shops all very friendly. Bus stop almost at your door. We didnt use the car the two weeks we stayed.Loved it.

Golf trip

1st time in Europe, didn’t know what to expect. Allan was wonderful with answering questions on things to do, places to eat & where to shop, etc… The home had everything we needed. It was very clean and in a wonderful location in the little town. Great! Great! Great!

Best place Scotland

This was by far the best flat I have ever. Answered all my questions and the flat was very roomy. I will for sure come back this summer with my stepdaughters and husband. People in the city were very friendly and answered my food questions and the awesome bakery highly recommend the best bread i ever had in the world.

What a Gem

This is a lovely property and being on the second floor offers a view of the sea. It is based in a very quiet village and has a good bus route to get about. Great for commuting to some great locations like St Andrews, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh, Dundee. Elie has a lovely pub close by - Ship Inn run by lovely people and a lovely deli shop. Beaches are stunning, what more could you want for a relaxing time away.

AMAZING TRIP TO ELIE SCOTLAND TO SEE FAMILY

My stay in the Queen's View Flat was just amazing! It is a gem of a flat with the perfect location as it is a few doors down from the local deli, bakery, bar, and chemist plus minimal steps to bus stops to take you to surrounding areas. Oh and the Elie Golf Course is in walking distance as well, but best of all is its just a few blocks from the Elie Beach!!! I am hoping to come back next summer when its warmer and will definitely book this place again. It is truely a home away from home with all its amenities, and the owners are just wonderful!!!

Family holiday

After stumbling across Elie in 2022 we knew this would be our May 2023 holiday destination. We found this listing and instantly it ticked all our boxes. We were spoilt all week with the weather but even one day when it was a bit overcast meant a trip inland for a day strawberry picking. Ship inn is a wonderful wee pub, Elie deli stocks everything you could need, farm shop Ardross was wonderful and so was the ice cream shop on the front street. Thank you to our wonderful hosts who helped us out during the stay with a high chair, we will be back.

Great Family Holiday in Elie, Fife

We had a fantastic time staying in this property. It was in an excellent location for shops, deli, buses, harbour (water sports) and Elie sports club (golf, tennis etc). It had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay and the hosts went over and above to ensure a fabulous holiday. Thank you for the games, equipment, DVDs and more - unbelievable.

Best Christmas!

This is our second stay at Christmas time in the flat, and once again it was abssolutely perfect! The flat is so cosy with everything you could possibly need and the beds are so comfortable and all have heated blankets. We love all of the beautiful puffin artwork. The flat is located right in the centre of Elie with the most perfect views towards Ruby Bay in one direction and Elie beach in the other. Right in front of you is Tollgreen which is magical at Christmas as the green and tree are covered in lights. We loved sitting in the comfy bay window, watching the crows busy mending nests on the trees right outside the flat. The surrounding area is outstanding with fantastic, long beach walks. The hosts Allan and Linda are so lovely and welcoming. We have had such wonderful holidays here, absolutely love this place!
