My air conditioner failed at night and I called front desk and no answer. The bathroom door never closed and we were sharing a room with no privacy to go to the bathroom. Only one bottle of water the first day and we were 3 people.

Hotel was clean and car rental return service was great. Also, appreciated the hotel providing a bag of snacks since our departure time was early and we left before the complimentary breakfast opened.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet rooms. Really excellent food that are exceeded my expectations. Nice service at the pool great breakfast. Only downside was I was a little overwhelmed when leaving the airport and wasn’t able to call the hotel for shuttle information because none of their lines worked. The sub was at the airport though, and it worked out fine.
