Short but nice stay.

Everything was great during our stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed it as well as my family. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel but staff needs training on shuttles. We arrived asked about how early the shuttles run as we had an early flight and needed to be on a 5am shuttle. Staff informed me that was not a problem and shuttles start at 5am and go every 15mins. We arrived at 5 the next morning only to be told that any shuttle before 8am had to be pre booked and they were unable to accommodate us till 5:30am so we had to wait. For a airport hotel that doesnt have alot of flights going out you would think they would have a better idea of shuttles and how to mange them. Same problem happened to another family as well and they were not happy either.
