Good location and a clean apartment. However, that’s where the good comments end. We were contacted before going to Portugal about issues with the water and informed we might have to be moved to another location if the problem could not be resolved in time. We tried to contact FLH on arrival but they did not respond to messages or pick up the phone. Finally went to their office and were told the issue was resolved and were given check in instructions that turned out to be incomplete. This time they responded. There was a broken chair, a carpet that was so curled up at the edges that it was a tripping hazard and the TV remote didn’t work. The mattress was also too soft for our taste but doable. The biggest issue however, was that there was NO hot water and when we contacted FLH about it we were told that the hot water tank needed time to heat again after use even though there was no hot water first thing in the morning and nobody was sent to check the problem. I certainly do not recommend this apartment or Feels Like Home to anyone
