Lovely mini hotel. Our room was nicevan bright. Location is good, not in a touristy area which is suitable for person who want to stay with local people. Many restaurants around and you won't be trap with touristy bad food. Close to metro to city centre, only take 10 minutes or 30 minute walk.I would suggest the hotel to use a less intensive air freshener in the hotel as it was to strong, but luckily inside the room was no smell.

Room smelled like sewage. They try to mask the smell with scented air fresheners. Hallway smelled like bad perfume. One of the nights we didn’t have hot water so I had to take a cold shower. Tried to call the front desk since I was not dressed and the phone didn’t work.

family of 4 ,the room super small. to top it off we had an issue with the flashing light from behind the tv all night.. it was fixed the next day and the hotel acknowledge the issue but we had a sleepless night and no discount was offer on the rate for that night.very different from Canada.we know that this was existing issue because there was a tape already that someone was trying to fix it before us. we will not return .

Comfortable family suite for 4

Family of 4 - we stayed in a family suite that had 1 double bed and 2 single beds for one night. It was clean and comfortable. If you have. a car, be careful there is one side street where it may not be clear that after 7pm it is reserved for residents only. Check with the staff of the hotel when in doubt; we were glad we did and he was very nice and friendly! Lots of nice restaurants in the area, especially Nepalese restaurants.

Rooms were very clean and property is close to many amenities, public transportation and the airport. Had a situation where I had 2 different bookings and the staff, specifically Damián C., went above and beyond to get it sorted and ready for us. Damián even gave us tips of places we should visit and recommended us places to eat. He really provided outstanding service!! We looked forward to seeing him every evening after a long day just to chat about our day. I would stay at this hotel again.
