Great location in a very safe and quiet area. Close to many transportation options, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The air conditioning was also crucial and great to have as there was a heat wave during our stay.

Good location in a nice neighborhood. A bit further away from sights and transit than I figured on, though the A24 Tram works well. The room was clean. The kitchen down the hall and the terrace are nice amenities, as was the ability to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

The property is convenient to the subway/metro system. Although the area is very hilly for walking, there are restaurants and shopping within a 15 minute radius. The building itself appears to have been recently renovated and offers multiple bedrooms, a communal kitchen, and a large patio. Despite accommodating several individuals/couples, the living arrangements provide a quiet space.

Very nice, safe place. About 25 minute walk to the heart of town (uphill on the way home though). Very clean and easy to get to. The beds were a little hard for my liking, but still very clean and you have all you need. The communal kitchen was fantastic, with a small fridge to keep anything overnight. This was kept clean and stocked with tea and coffee.

Property was spotless. Large and spacious room - impeccably clean. Shower had amazing water pressure. Bath towels were large and plush. Air conditioning was stellar. Communication with the property was prompt and always kind. Great location for restaurants - with an amazing yoga studio 5 mins away (The Kynd Space). The kitchen, fridge and outdoor patio were large and also spotless. I can’t say enough how clean this property was. It was impressive! I would stay here again any day.

I enjoyed this guesthouse. Very clean and well located! Easy check in and I was able to leave my luggage in their locker after I checked out since my flight was leaving late that evening. The communication with the host was very good too. If you come in the winter make sure you ask for a portable heater for the room, it really helped me :)

I found the place spotless and the atmosphere was very calm -there were not many other guests staying but while I was there it was very quiet the interactions with the owner and the cleaning staff were very positive. The location is great and I loved my room. It was really colourable peaceful and nicely decorated. I was very glad I picked to stay here. Plenty of nice things nearby and way to get around from. The terrace is huge although I didn’t use as it was raining but this seems like a really nice base in Lisbon. -I would consider staying there again and is nice there is a well equipped kitchen also. Thank you for a nice stay😊

Great property if you are in your 20s and visiting. Super clean, in the middle of everything from bars to restaurants and shops, steps from Rato station on the yellow line and in front of the tram. Limited contact which made it super easy checking in.

The good: Great shared kitchen, shared patio which we enjoyed (and never saw anyone else out there), location is great and in a very walkable area. The room was very clean and every day was tidied up for us. The rooms themselves were cute too and little shampoos were provided in the showers. The bad: We had a room with two floors, one bedroom on each floor. We were traveling with a toddler and found the stairs in the room to be risky! They were steep, manyyyy stairs up to the second bedroom, the railing had kid-sized gaps...so that room not advised for anyone traveling with smaller children. There was a stinky smell in the upstairs bathroom (old plumbing?) and the room reeked of weed from other guests all night (normally wouldn't mind, but with a kid - not pleasant). A bit loud from hallway sounds (and keypads, they should be silenced tbh).

Well located hotel to walk around the city centre. The street is busy but the hotel inside quiet. Very friendly staff and comfy bed. The shower screen was broken and too old.
