Adter waiting for breakfast for nearly 50 minutes there was only me and my partner and a family of 4 it came out plate hot and the hash browns everything else lukewarm. I had to ask staff to refill orange juice .tea .more bread and butter disappointing to say the least Bedroom door squeaky and no blinds in any off the bathrooms frosted glass but you can still see silhouettes of ppl from outside and the toilet next to window aswell .extractor fan is broke full of steam to do make up room 402 .1 chair which it could fit a small table and 2 chairs by the window .booked 2 seperate nights to stay but reception didnt put a note on screen to say same guests so receptionist came up to our room to ask us wss we leaving i explained apologised and left had to change cards numerous times to enter as stopped working .

Rooms wee modern and clean. We had three beds in our room and the third bed was a proper bed, usually it's a camp bed/pullout bed in other hotels. Staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast was superb with requests catered to. Buffet style at the weekend with both continental , toast , juice, tea/coffee and full Englishand additional cookedtoordsr options. Perfectly situated. Everything no more than 10mins walking distance away including train station, Liverpool One shops, Albert Docks and other attractions.

Breakfast let the hotel down. First morning no eggs, hash browns or mushrooms. 3 Days the plates were dirty or very wet. Croissants under cooked & raw in the middle. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. Room spacious & clean. Needed a towel rail in bathroom.

Really pleased I picked the Sir Thomas Hotel for many reasons,the location was spot on for all we wanted from our trip. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and had everything to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and all the staff helpful. Wish I would have booked another night and enjoyed the food and bar at the hotel.

I arrived late and was greeted warmly. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was nice, clean. Nothing to fault it. Breakfast was a bit poor, not for quality but for the fact it starts at 0730 and there was barely any food. By 0800 they had manage to get half the warm food out, added some pastry’s but I had to leave so no idea how it tastes.
