When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and given our room number for the duration of our stay, our room was lovely and clean, our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, the food was freshly cooked and the choice was very good, if we came back to Liverpool we would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, and the location was perfect! We walked to amazing surrounding locations in just a few minutes. If you love the Beatles and the local history, this is THE place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Nathan is an excellent host and F&B manager, and had very helpful suggestions for local explorations.

Property was in a great location for exploring points of interest in Liverpool. Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, giving direction to different sites and helping us to navigate public transportation. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty to eat. Housekeeping was great too. It was an overall excellent experience and I would strongly endorse staying here if visiting Liverpool!
