it was overall an outstanding stay. a watchout is that parking in front of the hotel is impossible. you need to drive a little further to park in public parking.

Compliments to housekeeping for keeping the small room clean. The art’otel at Battersea is priced as and tries to be a premium hotel but falls short. It’s best asset is location. Otherwise it is common. Our upgraded room (higher floor) had no view beyond the apartment building across the outdoor mall - you cannot see the Power Station from any rooms (I think; ours for sure), only from the rooftop or Joia (restaurant). Tozi, the main floor restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is good. Service was hit or miss for us. I have this 3-3.5 star hotel a rating of 3.5.

Room was clean, smelt like previous visitors were still in there. Weird smell. Outdoor jacuzzi was the coldest I’ve been in, I know it’s December but for that reason, they could have made it warmer. Nice views out there. Lack of customer service for me, especially as I told them about my disability. Nobody asked if they could make my stay more comfortable . I had a very rushed check in. 8 told the lady I didn’t have a great time getting there due to parking(which was a nightmare, arriving on Sunday around 2:30, took me 45 mins to find a spot) so as an autistic woman I’m already unsettled, she didn’t care. Nobody checked to see if everything was ok for me, barring the concierge manager, he is the only one who spoke to me and asked about how my stay is going.
