Close to attractions
Overall hotel was in a perfect location, easy to get to main hop on hop off busses & coach busses. Hotel room was very small ( studio ) but was very clean. The breakfast food was restocked everyday and beds were made everyday too. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Only problem is there is no lifts so if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage it is abit difficult to get up the stairs especially if you're on the top floor. Probably would stay here again but just get a bigger room.

Welcoming and friendly staff which was nice upon arrival. Convienient location. However for the price I paid (£100) for one night, I felt the room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the bed. Woke up with a sore back, probably wouldn't stay again.

Location, location, location!
Pros:Staff, location, breakfast!
Cons:It would be helpful if the bathroom had a few more fittings, such as towel rails, toilet roll holder and a place to hang the hand towel.
The very cosy B+B Belgravia is in the most affordable accommodation you will find in this super-central part of London. Our family of four was very comfortable in the family room, which includes two bedroom with double beds in each, and a shared bathroom. There is no living area or kitchenette in the rooms, but there is a very inviting shared living area for all guest to use, and breakfast (delicious and freshly prepared, superb eggs benedict!) is served in the dining room, which guests are also permitted to use during the day. Guests are offered free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the shared living area at any time of day, and the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Our only complaint would be the amount of light coming into the room and the noise from the street, but when staying in the centre of London what else could one expect? It certainly wasn't a big problem. There are beautiful cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby, Victoria Station is only a few minutes walk, and we were able to walk to Buckingham Palace and St James' Park in only 15 minutes. We highly recommend B+B Belgravia -- welcoming, cosy and affordable, and in such a beautiful location.

Conveniently placed for Sloan Square Tube
Pros:The B and B was conveniently placed for public transport and security at the front door of the building. Nice and helpful staff.
Cons:Shower maintenance so shower stays in position.
Location:Lots to get to from here.Restaurants nearby. Cadogan Hall near by and Sloan Square , Kings Road and museums near by or accessible by public transport.
Noisy until midnight as a busy street. Good places to eat and lovely area. Pleasant staff. Good facilities and pleasant room.
Very heavy quilt and no sheet as hot night. Very clean and shower with decent hot water made it a very nice stay. Breakfast very good.The B and B

Great location - room below par.
Great location, walking distance to Victoria Station, Buck Palace, Hyde Park, Wesinster Abbey,
We had the front ground floor room which was very noisy from the street. There was no aircon (only a fan) so we had to have the window open.
The shower was in the bath, with no soap dish or handrail which made it very dangerous getting in and out.
Not what we expected.
B+B Belgravia offers its guests a library, tour/ticket assistance, and a garden. WiFi is free in public spaces. B+B Belgravia also features coffee/tea in a common area, concierge services, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This Georgian London bed & breakfast is smoke free.
