This is a no frills place. If you’re looking for a cheap night or two, especially close to Excel, this is ideal. Everything is functional. Cleanliness could do with a little ramp up for my taste, but it was disgusting or anything like that. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Mattress on the bed wasn’t the best quality but I did sleep well. I would consider staying again because of the price point. As long as your not expecting the Ritz for what your paying it does the job.

Not a hotel or guesthouse. Terrible.

This was not a guest house but more an airbnb. I was very disappointed because the room above made plenty of noise up to 2.30am when i had to speak to them to be quiet. There was load talking and banging. The floor boards obviously very thin with a noisy bed. We had no sleep at this place. I don't think this should be on the Hotels.com site as its a house not a hotel. This should be made known.

We booked this "double room", it was so small. We had 2 small carry-on suitcases, and both couldn't be open at the same time. It was a tiny bed (120 cm) for two, only 1 duvet to share. I was supposed to share with my friend, and we werent comfortable. It was too small. If it had been with a partner I maybe wouldn't care. But impossible to be comfortable. We didn't even stay there, but left the premises and bought a hotel close by that same day. So we never slept there. There were tissues underneath the bed - not from us. So not very clean. I have never done something like this, so to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We wanted to write to them, but got scared about the booking conditions. Something about a possible fee. So we just left and didn't look back. What a waste of our money for nothing. Would NOT recommend.
