I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. Staff were so helpful no matter what I asked and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I stayed in a double room. It had a fully stocked fridge treats and a nice welcome note on the bed which was a lovely touch, no problem recommended and I definitely will be back again on my next visit to London.
