We had to be moved to to mold in the apartment. We had the first night. The second apartment was on the second floor while they were working in the hallway and lower apartment. It was better, but not anywhere near what was expected. Still very musty smelling And I am assuming the mold was removed prior to our arrival.

We had a great stay at Castletown House Apartments. The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. Our family trip to london

The apartment is very convenient in terms of travel since it is situated very close to the underground and bus stop. There were shops around the block to buy things such as water and food. Mark is also accomodating and allowed us to check in early. Overall a convenient location for our return trip to London.

Also, on the day of our departure he looked after our bags outside the apartment until we picked them in the afternoon. Moreover, he helped us for booking a UBER and loading our bags into the car. Mark was an excellent host and the apartment was a great value. Apartment is sized for two. We were a party of 3. We brought a small 14 year old who slept on roll out bed. When bed was open, the apartment was tight. Liked that apartment was equipped with adapters for US electronics and usB charging in bedroom. Getting to either district subway or Picadilly line was easy. Many groceries and restaurants in near by area. The apartment was a nice way to spend a week in London. Appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities.

Everything you need !!

We stayed here when we first arrived in London and came back and back whenever we could while in London. Great amenities, comfortable Beds, fantastic host Mark. Remember this is London and if you want brand new you will be paying for it. Mark is great at communication and super helpful. We had a few stays at some of His apartments and each time he did whatever he could to make our stay great. The units are not super modern but they have everything you need and the location is great. Thank you Mark for being so accommodating during our time in London !
