London Marathon start great location

2 nights to put us near to Greenwich park for the marathon start, the hotel was comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep , the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good for the marathon day and the following morning

Big NO for this hotel. the sink it takes forevee to run, you can't even brush your teeth!! The worse the shower room it takes time to shower, you need to stop your shower so the water won't come out from the door, the door is only half close!!! Terrible experienced!!!!

Very disappointed. Dated decor. Could do with a refurb. Piano in lobby a terrible idea. Maintenance noise daily that we were not aware of when booking. Staff training needed in restaurant. Nasty sulphor smell on our floor and in room on last night. No USB charging or phone in room.

Despite emailing in advance we were not allocated connecting rooms . The rooms themselves were a good size , but they were overwhelmingly warm , despite the air conditions which did little to improve the room temperature . The bath room was a nice size but the sink was chipped and stained . The toilet room was really small even for a petite person like myself and every time you entered you knocked the toilet rolls off . The kettle did not switch off and over boiled and in the fridge there was opened milk . The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception was very bright and welcoming.
