Nice clean hotrl grrat transport linkd in a great location lovely staff and excellent roof bar woth excellent views, bed was amazingly comfortable and all the gadgets on a tablet can even stream your own films to the tv, only thing was the toilet was in was the shower but other than that would definitely stay again. Make sure u book ahead for the roof bar

The hotels AC was not working and it was 32 degrees. If it was not for the very helpful staff member who fund me a room where it was cooler on a lower floor this would be a 1 star review. She was kind and efficient but really AC in a hotel is hardly a big ask. The rooms are tiny but functional.

Excellent location, area has so many things to offer. Great restaurants nearby. Tower of London across the street. Easy to use underground, station is only steps from the door. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Great staff and cafe for easy snack.

It was definitely unique, very quirky. Very good breakfast buffet. Be prepared for a very compact room. Lights, tv, everything operated by the app or provided iPad. Excellent staff.

This is clearly meant to be a young person's hotel. Yes it's all very hip. I was disappointed as I booked my elderly mother in there while visiting, thinking she'd find it fun and enjoy the location. It's a shame they don't have kettles in the rooms, and no nice toiletries as a treat for guests. Of course that's fine, and the whole setup is self-service to save on costs. Unfortunately, if you're older you get ignored. Mum had to go to the lobby and asked to have a cup of tea. They charged her £4 and she went and sat down to wait for it. After 20 minutes nothing had happened so she returned to the counter where they laughed and said she needed to help herself from an urn. Seriously CitizenM? I use this hotel loads, and some of the staff are great. They remember you and go the extra mile. But I wanted Mum to have a good time and she was largely ignored and somewhat baffled by the technology. It left a disappointing taste in the mouth.
