The front desk staff was wonderful, warm, friendly, and service-oriented. My room, a junior suite, was spacious, clean, decorated well, functional, and had a gorgeous city view. The bed was incredibly comfy with plush linens. The shower had excellent water pressure and got very hot. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Whilst we totally understand the impact the fires habe had on california and it's businesses, to not have any dining options other than a coffee shop, no bar, or even breakfast during our stay was extreme. We were not informed if this before our stay. Had we been, we would have decided on a different venue as we were teavelling with 2 small children

Proximity to Shopping Mall and Hollywood sights is unbeatable... very convenient to Universal Studios as well. It was a little pricy, but I suppose that is to be expected given the location.

Excellent Property!

We picked this hotel because of it's closeness to the concert venue. Our check-in and check-out was awesome! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she offered excellent customer service. Her co-worker this morning not so much, so we were glad when she stepped up and handled out check-out and then even came to our assistance to get us back to the parking area.
