Smell off cigarette smoke in the corridors, No brew making items in the room dispite a kettle being in there, Sink damaged and no plug, shower rail rusty, room generally looked like it had been in the wars with bodged repairs visable. Served its purpose

The staff here are amazing! All so friendly and bubbly! After our initial hotel left us concerned for our safety and comfort, we were going to be staying at Moxy Stratford with the tour company that we were touring Europe with so I called them to see if they were able to accommodate us and they were and were so helpful and empathetic! Free wifi, lifts, bar and restaraunt onsite! Definetly recommend getting the breakfast add on! Limited but satisfying breakfast buffet, and the pain au chocolat 🤤🤤 a must try! Also conveniently located near Westfield and public transport and has made navigating London as a tourist so much easier ❤️❤️❤️

Room without a view

Lumpy bed, no bedside table or reading lamp/light. Noisy fridge buzzing away all night. Noisy residents across the hall up all night talking and singing. Dire view from window fire escapes rooftops and general ugliness. Good shower.
