I walked into stained carpet. The hotel was fully booked and they wouldn’t switch my room. I have photos of the carpet. I’m a Hilton Honors member and very disappointed in the Hilton brand in general. I travel extensively and usually choose Hilton when possible. Rethinking my choices.

Our check out was 12pm and the house keeping knocked the door at 11 to clean the room. When we said we were not ready just yet she said “well when are you going”. I understand they have a job to do but it made us uncomfortable and ruined our weekend and we felt pressured to go.

Room is full of dust, like they never vacuum and wash the curtain. Heater was not working so we had to put on complete winter longsleeves, long pants and socks to sleep. No matter how high you turn on the heat, the cold stay the same. House keeping is the worst, they’ll knock on your door before 9.30, people travels and suffer jet lag. Location is the only good thing about this hotel

It was fine but for the brand and the money paid it was very average. Cold room. Thin duvet. Feather pillows that basically dissolve during the night so you end up with neck ache. Bathroom looked very tired. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.but won’t rush back.

Staff tried to charge for a prepaid room at check in. The room was only surface clean. The breakfast area wasn’t well maintained. One waiter dropped a lid on the floor and put it back on the container and continued service.
