Putney is a wonderful part of London, and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. It's close to a tube station, making it easy to get into central London, and the staff are are friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel overall!

Interesting building, newly renovated rooms are commendable. Room air-conditioning very quite and effective with outside temperature at 31c. Grateful that staff carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Although situated on the Upper Richmond Road, it was very quiet inside the building. We consider ourselves fortunate to find a car parking space on site as renovation work has reduced the available parking spaces but we're made aware of this at the time of booking. Surprised at check-in to be asked for a £50 deposit to cover possible use of room mini bar, something we never use as they are far to expensive. We would prefer just a small fridge to cool drinking water and possibly fruit. The hotel fully met our needs and to a high standard and are to be congratulated for providing an exceptional breakfast

Great Hotel, will return.

Perfect location to get into London, underground station about a 2 minute walk away. Staff were so helpful and polite. Hotel was decorated to a high standard, very clean, rooms all well equipped. Will definetly return to stay here, Thankyou.

Overall my stay was good! I did book last minute and the only room available was very small and did not have a standup shower. The bed was confortable though and service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was top notch and super helpful. The property was clean and tucked in with the surrounding residential areas. I liked that it felt like a home and not so much as a chain hotel.

Despite being in the middle of a renovation the hotel was very clean. Great staff . Generous hospitality tray comfortable bed and a very well equipped bathroom with lovely toiletries. Close to the tube and convenient for central London.

Lovely hotel but stay spoiled by building works

Checkin was good, clean attractive reception area. Room spacious, clean and modern. Coffee machine and water provided, robes, all as expected. Smart TV that was easy to connect to cast from device. Unfortunately, there was ongoing building work at hotel, which was not clear through hotels.com. Room faced directly onto building works which started at 6am with workers shouting outside the room. Called reception who stopped the works, saying they should not have started until 8.30, but started again at 8. Could not sleep from 6 due to being disturbed. Spoke to reception manager who apologised and was offered complementary breakfast (which was accepted) and offered future discount. So, recovery good but could have notified on check in to avoid this horrible surprise. Would stay again if works are completed.
