After getting tubes from heathrow to get to kings cross i needed a place to just sleep before my train in the morning and this is basically over the road (5min walk with ruck sacks) Bed, private shower, kettle was there about 4 hours and just slept. Staff helpful

Decent for an affordable hotel. I was able to store my luggage in a reception hall before check in, and I mostly stayed in my room once i checked in. The floor was rather worn in my room and had chips in the planks. The bed was fine, but the room was quite dusty. I could hear conversations in nearby rooms and snoring from other guests. Be aware that the hotel is very close to Kings Cross, and so there was much noise from local construction and musicians near the station. Checking in and out went smoothly, and the paid breakfast was adequate.

Dangerous bathroom

Room was ok. However at 6pm a leak flooded through the light fitting in the bathroom onto the floor. It was so dangerous that I didn't have a shower in the morning.

Comfortable nights sleep

Good cheap hotel in central London. Nothing fancy but a bed a bathroom with a shower. Good for night of two if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Very convenient and good value

Very convenient if you want a place by Kings Cross. I took a small single room with en-suite at a very reasonable price and that is exactly what I got. As a plus the staff were extremely friendly. If you are simply looking for a good value overnight stay in a very convenient location then this is your place.

This small hotel around King's cross and St Pancras area is not a high end place but nonetheless comfortable and convenient for both stations mentioned above, i had a single room that was ample for my needs, bed was comfortable i had tea and coffee making facilities a small toilet and shower room on the whole i would stay here again.

It was nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast didn't have a whole lot of options and was $15 a day for breakfast. It is close to Kings Cross so it was nice for convenience and McDonalds was right next to Kings Cross so if you wanted a larger Varity for breakfast you could just go there.

A decent room for a decent price

I was looking for a decent but not too expensive room for my short stay and this hotel - very close to King Cross - was perfect for it. Don't expect a 5 star room but if you want to be in center of London and have a ggod night sleep it is perfect for it.

Was great value for money stay. Bed very small and was noisy overnight lots people making noise and doors banging etc but for what we paid in King’s Cross i would use it again nice little breakfast too was a bonus really and we got what we paid for. Very friendly staff and helpful

I'm surprised this qualifies as two stars

Check in was easy. There is no lift, so if you are less able bodied or have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up as many as three flights of stairs. Check in concierge was a bit aloof, but overnight concierge was pleasant. For the room, one of the worst beds I've slept in. Sheets clean but dust behind bed head (I was looking for plugs). Two towels provided but no foot towel for the floor, so the bathroom becomes very slippery if you take a shower. Shower head holder on the wall was screwed in too close to the ceiling, so you can't engage the shower head in it to take a shower. Kettle lid was broken, so the kettle wouldn't turn off when boiled. Only one cup was provided despite booking a double room for two.
