Arrived at 13.20 to ask if room available to check in as going to a concert, she abruptly replied no rooms ready. Asked if could leave our bags - left luggage was full - asked to use a loo told we’d have to go 2 flights up. Not very welcoming. Rooms are dated and bathroom not very safe due to shower and slippy tiles

We had water coming from the room above in torrents and it took an hour and a half before it was sorted other than 3 hand towels

I stayed here for 3 nights and each night was progressively worse. There was no air conditioning and only a fan was provided. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows barley opened. There was no airflow, so it was hot all the time. The bathroom was decent but SMALL. I would be getting out of the shower and it didn’t matter where I got dressed. The shower curtain stuck to me. Housekeeping did come but it looked like all the same dirty sheets. I saw multiple stains on the sheets. Hair was on both the sheets and floors when I arrived. I would not recommend this place as it was a miserable experience. The only good thing I can say is that it was a 5 minute walk to the tube and the main road.

There is no air conditioning nor a fan! So it's way too hot even in mid June. I asked for a fan but never got one. The windows are hard to open and it's still too warm till 2 am to be able to sleep. I was on the first floor. The doors slam close hard so will wake you up. The location was good close to earls court. But that's it

Room 57 lower ground floor. Major issues. Bathroom door didnt close, toilet didnt flush properly, shower curtain inadequate. Toels need replacing.no air con. Radotor had sign saying do not use. Wouldnt stay again. If offered this room ask to inspect first.

There was nothing to like about this property. Our room was old and tiny and in SERIOUS need of renovation. The. “Breakfast Room” doesn’t exist. It is a storage room nothing else. We received an email 3 days before the start of our stay saying the breakfast room was being renovated. This was patently not true. We had black mould in the washroom. A very serious health issue. See photo. Expedia needs to take some responsibility here. It has a 7.4 rating which is a serious misrepresentation of reality.

Do not stay at this hotel if you are travelling for work and require a Tax invoice as the staff will not be able to provide this for you and treat it as an inconvenience. The rest of the stay was okay.

Excellent base for travelling round London as it literally 5 mins walk from warwick road exit of Earls Court tube. Its 5 mons walk to earls Court high street which has a lot of nice eateries, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 5 pubs all walkable too and a supermarket on the high street. The hotel is a lovely building, the rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The bathroom we had was quite small but again had all we need. The lift is tiny but its there if needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. extra pillows were avaiable, there were plenty towels. Tea and coffee making facilities with adequate supplies but the kettle doesn't fit under tap ! Great phone charge points in the overhead bed lights. We'd stay there again.
