The appartement is good, but the state of maintenance is below standard

The location, parking, and layout of the apartment were good, but it was not clean or well-maintained. Additionally, the materials used did not reflect professional quality. The bathroom was dirty, the boiler was set to energy-saving mode, and I had to figure out how to get a warm shower. The flooring was damaged, among other issues. In short, it it would have been a perfect apartment if it had been clean and well-maintained.
