The location is great and well furnished but there is some faulty electrics. The power tripped twice during our two days stay! The first time it happened in the night while we were asleep so we didn’t know and only discovered when we woke up in the morning with no lights, no heating, and no hot water for a warm shower when it was around freezing temperature at the beginning of January in London! The second time it happened we were awake so switched the circuit back on except the lighting in the living room, kitchen, and main bathroom so we had to stay in the dark for a while. In addition, the second bedroom is very noisy from the cupboard full of equipments. It was disappointing having cold showers and having to spend time communicating the issues with the staff who kept asking what we had plugged in to trigger and asking us to unplug phone chargers when there was no problem with the sockets.
