Excellent place to stay. Enjoyed staying at La Gaffe. Everyone was so helpful. Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. It was easy to get to and you can walk anywhere.

Would not recommend
I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews, it’s very misleading. Location was good and shower pressure strong, but that’s about it. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Pillows were old and gross and had other guests hair on them. Walls are so thin I could hear the man in the room next door snoring, coughing, flushing the toilet, etc.

My room was absolutely tiny. Although this was just a work trip and somewhere to sleep, the room was uncomfortably small. Breakfast was included. Coffee was lovely and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

I booked this property purely based on the reviews, I would not recommend this property to anybody it was dingy and dirty, I was appalled when I seen it and walked straight back out, I would expect this level of accommodation in a third world country

We would highly recommend this family owned hotel. Given the difficulties these days with getting staff etc. they did their utmost to provide us with individual things that we needed. A really friendly and efficiently run place in a beautiful area of London. Many thanks - we'll certainly be booking for next year ! YVonne and Neil
