Location and the dwelling itself can't fault it at all.. The issue I had was communication for check in. I received information to verify who I was. Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. I asked if they could resend it again no answer. I email a few more times no response. Got to the location emailed again to state that I was there, yet again no response. I waited for twenty minutes no response, I call the number they hung up on me. I called again and a liverpudlian lady answer, helpful.. Put me through to housekeeping, told her the situation again reading from the crib sheet, you should receive the email... I didn't get the emailed that's the main point, I was getting annoyed as they didn't listen, in the end the email was sent again. I stood outside the property for over an hour waiting for them to respond. The communication was poor and no proper apology. I was left in the cold was not a pleasant start. It would of been nice if they had offered some compensation for the inconvenience of standing in the cold for 60 minutes.
