Excellent spot !

Excellent location to Aldgate Station, hotel is next door !!! Staff very friendly. Read most of the reviews before booking & the hotel didn’t disappoint. Had breakfast in Peter’s cafe across the road from hotel. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions! Tube for the rest.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was spectacular, however, we did have the fire alarm go off at 1:30 AM and the staff did not handle that very well and very little instruction was given to the Guest at the hotel. The hotel protocols need to be updated for emergencies. Other than that experience, I had nothing bad to say about this hotel.
