The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was super clean. The location was very convenient, near buses and the tube from the airport, a great stepping off point to see museums and other sights.

Room was great and clean just very small for two people. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free coffee and cocktails at happy hour. The location was great for public transport as well of lots of restaurants and bars around.

It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It may not be a five-star hotel, but the service certainly felt like five-star. The hotel itself was excellent, the staff were outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to thank the lady at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to London.

Great location, near a vibrant street market with lots of options for tasty food & drink. Less crowded and a 5 minute walk from Farringdon Station. Room was comfy, small and quiet. Breakfasts were buffet style with hot options, all served hot and refilled often. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good value for the price!

The hotel is very well located in an excellent London neighborhood. The reception is very good, the receptionist (a short woman whose name I forgot) was very polite and friendly. There is an option to check in early for a small fee. The room was spotless, and the breakfast is VERY WORTH IT. Pay for the breakfast, as it's a true British breakfast with many options. The entire team deserves praise. When I return to London, I will stay at this same hotel again.

We arrived early but they were able to store our bags free of charge and provided us with water bottles (also free of charge), giving us the freedom to explore the city for a couple of hours before check-in. The hotel is very nice on the inside, with an atmospheric lounge, clean breakfast area, and bar (the drink deals were solid). The rooms were small, but had everything we needed, were comfortable, and clean. We dealt with a staff member frequently whose name was Jemma. Her service was outstanding and she made our stay a pleasure! The hotel was also in close range to several cafes and pubs, making the location a very convenient base. Overall, if I return to London in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice place. I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the lobby was great. Room is located really close to the Farringdon Station and Elizabeth Line. The room was cozy but worked for us. Some minor things that didn’t make it excellent include: leaking shower pipe splashes water, soap dispenser wasnt dispensing soap.

We had an issue with our bathroom door and shower head squirting water upwards. But staff came to try to fix and offered a room change however only there for two nights so didn’t bother. Was ok for short stay we worked around it
