The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). It interrupted my sleep for a while. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning he apologised but didn't seem too bothered. There is one thing I want from a hotel and it's a good night's sleep.

Sadly the room was quite cold, everything in the room felt quite old in respect of the living space and it wasn’t a comfortable night. Location is very good with the South Kensington tube station round the corner.

Hotel staff very friendly unfortunately there was dust in the room & 1/2 bottle of pop left in the fridge, I mentioned it to reception and they got housekeeping to sort it and offered us complementary breakfast for our stay. Hotel was in a good location and food was excellent

The room (Number 336) was small which is not unusual for the style of building, however the bathroom was extremely small and cramped and there was no space available to put toiletries etc. The flannels, toothbrush cups etc were located on the toilet cistern as there was no where else for them to be placed. Also, the shower water temperature was barely luke warm. The room was extremely tired and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was very old and dirty and there were dubious marks and stains on the headboard, chair and carpet. Breakfast was very disappointing. The hot selection was cold, the toaster was broken and the milk jugs were empty. The hygiene standard at the buffet could do with some attention. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful but I would not stay here again.

We stayed at a Family Room at Radisson Blu in South Kensington for 4 nights. The stay overall was pleasant and the hotel is located in a great place with access to tube and so many shops and restaurants. The room was OK but the cleaning was done later in the afternoon rather than mornings. The access to the room required multiple steps which was quite challenging with 3 pieces of luggage. I wish they had informed us or offered some help when we checked in to the room. Also, for a family room, there weren't enough drawers and the entrance hall was occupied by a 4th bed that was folder away. We expected a bit more space and room quality but the beauty of London and the surrounding areas very well compensates for that.
