There is no elevator and the stairs are winding. We were in a room 3 floors up. Our first room had no air conditioning, even though we booked a room with air conditioning . The window wouldn’t stay open and we had to use the rubbish bin to keep it open, in order to get some air to cool the room, which was very hot. We were moved to another room with air conditioning, again 3 floors of winding stairs with no lift - in a different building. A really unpleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Judd Hotel as a group of 3. It was well located to the train station and nearby shopping/dining options, the bed/room was comfortable, had aircon and the daily buffet breakfast was delicious. To come home to made beds and fresh towels was a delight. Check in and check out was easy, with welcoming staff who assisted with luggage storage. 10/10 experience.

Difficult to maneuver the front steps with large suitcases. Front desk staff were unhelpful during the day, night staff were excellent
