Avoid if sleep is important!!!!! Very noisy

A reasonably presented flat, however situated on a busy junction on the Kings Road. But unfortunately unable to close the bedroom sash windows - and without double glazing .....this led to a sleepless three night stay. Very very noisy road ALL night long DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ACCOMODATION IF SLEEP IS IMPORTANT. When trying to leave on morning of check out - the main entry door lock had broken and we were unable to get out of the building - having called the number given for assistance we were left without a response from the staff who never bothered calling back at all to offer advice on how to get out of the building. It took another resident to give us help and advice....poor response from the team managing the let.
