Filthiest stay - Can't go any worse

Don't book this stay based on price, we booked for 3 days and checked out after first night. Filthiest place I have ever booked. Some of the many issues: - The listing stated it accommodates 4 guests, but the sofa bed was broken, leaving no place for the other 2 people to sleep. - The entire apartment was covered in dust, and the bathroom had visible mould. - Storage areas and cupboards were filled with the owner’s old belongings, including dirty shoes and clothes, which made the space unhygienic and unsuitable.  - No darkout blinds so you will wake up around 6am - Cobwebs all over the place, even in the sofa bed. Trust us, don't book this, you will regret it and waste your money. We are still in conversation with Hotels.com for our refund which is not seeming positive till now. Will probably take this to smal claims court if not refunded
