Small space, good location
Our overall stay was fine because we did not spend very much time in the apartment. It was modernized, but our dishwasher did not work. The windows also were broken and were difficult to open and close. The space was not really meant for 6 people, unless you did not want to use the dining area/kitchen, which were all in a small room. I’d say this was more fitting for 4 people. As we knew beforehand, the staircase is narrow and the apartment was on the fourth floor, which was a nice workout to end the day, which we did not mind. Also, the location was safe, close to restaurants/shopping/coffee shops, the tube, and Hyde park. I would stay here again if I had less people.

Fantastic location
Prime location, exactly as described. Easy walk to Bayswater Station, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, and beautiful cafes and shops. One mile from Paddington. Great neighborhood. The owner is very nice and helpful. He wanted me to use a third-party company for check-in that would have required my personal info and the creation of another account, which I did not end up having to do. He allowed us to leave our baggage in the flat several hours before check-in so that we did not have to drag them around, which was tremendously helpful.

Great Stay!
The property is in a great location - close to the tube, friendly dining, morning coffee, and Hyde Park (which was awesome to have play space and a playground while traveling with the family). The apartment was clean and the property manager was very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the property and hope to return soon!

Wonderful location
We stayed 5 nights in this Pembridge/Notting Hill apartment and truly loved the location. The communication with the property manager was excellent throughout our stay. We didn’t mind the stairs, which there are a lot of them, however it was a very small space for our family of 5 (three kids age 12, 8 and 8). As a top floor unit without A/C, it does get very hot but we kept the windows open and fans blowing all night which helped. The best part about our stay was the location - amazing access to Notting Hill, Westbourne Grove (shopping, cafes, lovely little area), Bayswater and easy public transportation (including the central line to downtown).

Great Kensington Flat
We loved the flat. Excellent location near multiple underground stations. Responsive host. Flat was clean and modern. 4th floor walk up isn’t for those with physical limitations but was no problem for us. Would definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay in London. The location was great and close to several different underground stations as well as several bus stops. The apartment was very clean and easy to check into. Pedro made arrangements for our luggage when we arrived before check in so we didn't have to carry it all over London. It is at the top of several flights of stairs but it was not a problem. The neighborhood and view were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Place isnt huge, but it was good enough for three guys in town to watch football. Location was awesome. Owners very responsive and want to make sure stay is good. The walk up the stairs is no joke, but you got to earn those pints!

Our stay at Pedro's place
The neighbourhood is very close to Notting Hill gate and the famous Portobello Rd, with cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment was quiet at night with very little street noise. The 4th floor location can be challenging if you have heavy luggage as there is no lift and the stairs are narrow. This apartment is quite comfortable for a up to 4 adults, with 2 spacious bedrooms. However, using the sofa bed in the living room would make things a bit too cosy, as this is the main living space for eating, watching tv etc. Pedro and him team were very helpful, with some initial problems with check in being solved very quickly.

Location! Location! Location!
My family of six had a wonderful stay in this flat. Notting Hill is a fantastic and world famous neighbourhood that has every amenity and shop you could need all within a five minute walk. Pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores ( I could go on) were all so close. The flat was immaculate and well appointed. It was a bit tight for 6 people but we made it work. Unfortunately, there was the second heat wave of the summer and the flat became quite hot due to the lack of air conditioning, but gratefully this is an anomaly. We had fans in each room which also had window blinds to keep the heat out. We enjoyed the local pubs and visited the two coffee shops ( one, right beside and one a block over) each morning. The area felt very safe and Notting Hill Gate and Bayswater underground stations were about five mins away. Pedro was very responsive and checked in on a problem we had the next day. Many thanks for that! Overall, a great time was had by my entire family:)
