Only downside was tge professional beggars and chancers that hang around the Kings Cross station and its vicinity . Hotel is a period property with nice staff and a cheap and great price for London

Very clean, safe and nice service. But Important to know there is no elevator. You have to carry ur luggage so be prepared. Also I didn’t understand some rooms are shared bathroom and shower with the floor. So read what you book.

Stayed in a double room en suite before early start to St Pancras for Eurostar. It’s not going to win any design awards but it was absolutely perfect for requirements. Clean sheets and room, hot water, plenty of plug sockets, comfy bed and friendly staff behind the desk. Best of all was how close it was to St Pancras. Less than a 5 minute walk. There are steps to the entrance and also to rooms so please be aware of that. Will definitely stay here again if getting early train.
