The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

The hotel was a lovely surprise. Centrally located and close to tube stations, we found it a perfect base for our London adventure. The room, though small, was well appointed and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The dinners were also good quality and well priced. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

Room was very small, TV didn't work initially but this was quickly sorted. Wet room concept is quite good but everything in the bathroom gets soaked so it is difficult to use the toilet. 'Influencers' are annoying at breakfast and the service charge when ordering at the bar is an annoyance as you don't know the price you are actually paying. Staff are really friendly and helpful

Room allocated was not the one booked. Bed was not queen size as advertised. Felt like a double. No bedside table until requested. Had to request a kettle. Lights can't be controlled from the bed. No bedside lamps. Basement room with no views. Breakfast was basic.

Lovely hotel in nice neighborhood very close to tube station with multiple lines. Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was new with good shower, heated towel rack. Great stay.
