Adorable, clean room with London charm! Staff were so nice and able to store our luggage before our room was ready and after check out. Breakfast buffet in the morning is a must. The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.

Lovely room, all staff very friendly and helpful! Fabulous location and great amenities. Only issues were the in room heating/AC (hard to use, heating was on blast even when cooling setting was on and temp set to low so room was always really warm), the door lock was very slow to unlock, and the person who checked me in (whilst very lovely and professional) announced my room number - as a solo female traveller it didn’t feel very safe to do so. Overall a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely be back!
