Stayed for 5 days, and had a great stay! The Hotel is super central, yet very peaceful and quiet. Slept well each night, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. They also have a large garden, so I felt safe going outside for a smoke.
Check in staff was excellent.
Room was tiny and the bath looked like it had been painted and there were broken fittings in the bathroom. The shower was great though!
Breakfast was good. Granola and 2 pastries. Instant coffee was ok but not great.
Staff were polite and friendly, room was clean, warm and inviting. Great location. Great breakfast included.
Shower just needed attention, but was usable. Thank you for the stay.
We liked the hotelroom very much, as it was huge for us 3 persons (grandmama, grandpapa and our grandchild of 15 years old.
The breakfast (we decided not to have English Breakfast) was very good with lots of nice bread, strawberryjam and orangemarmelade.
Every morning we had one chocolate and one piece of pastry as well.
Lovely garden to go into and lovely diningroom as well.
The bathroom hat to be shined up.

Nice and reasonably spacious room.
Only negative thing was the breakfast.
Could easily be improved by adding some more options, like ham and cheese.
Lovely room, had a lovely nights sleep, room could do with a little updating especially the bathroom. Great selection at breakfast and very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.
Clean and tidy room, well located and an excellent night's sleep - perfect for a single night stay.
The hotel has a good breakfast area and free tea & coffee is provided there during the day as well. The hotel staff were kind enough to let me sit in there for a couple of hours after checking out whilst I did some work and it was comfortable and peaceful.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient with toast and cereals on buffet and warmed croissants served to you.
My only minor gripes were that the gents toilets accessed from the breakfast area were out of service and this wasn't signed until you got down the stairs to them, and that you are required to leave your key card at the main desk when going out. I imagine many people don't bother of course.
Perfekt location. Very close to the tube, shops, restaurants and pubs. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Nice breakfast. I would come here again.

The room itself was ok, but the fridge did not work, the bathtub was sketchy and covered in dents and bumps, the TV only worked intermittently, the Wi-Fi was good. On my last night, the new people next door were smoking pot out their open window, which then drifted in to my open window. The staff was great! And the location near a tube station, was great as well. However, I would probably not stay again unless the hotel is refurbished.

When I ask the person behind the desk were there any places to eat he said there is a KFC and a McDoanlds around the corner... That sums up my stay at this Hotel. Nice people small rooms and KFC/Mcdonals around the corner
