The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Once you past though the main entrance the accommodation was like a nursing dormitory I once lived in. Yes it was clean but it’s in need of refurbishment.

Wonderful to have airport shuttles. It should be advised on Wotif when booking. A great stopover place, lovely pool. Paintwork is getting a bit shabby in parts.

The staff were great and the place as clean as it could be but seems like they are intent on running it into the ground. The swimming pool looks great but "heated" it is not.

This hotel has lots of wide hallways, it had a really nice, homely, relaxed feel, and a really nice reception area for receiving quests.

Didn't stay long as we were taking family to catch a very early but enjoyed our stay at the Brentwood and would like to go back for a little longer as the pool looked very inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would come again
