The staff were very helpful and polite. And our room was exceptional- very clean, beautifully updated, and the view of the city was amazing. There was nothing negative I could say about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Auckland.

Perfect location if shopping/exploring is your thing. Right next to Queen St & Victoria St. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of the Sky Tower from the window of the room too.
