Check in took about 12 minutes as they were a little busy, rooms were fine except the robes were far too small… (they gave us 1 adult size and 1 kids). I had to ask on 3 separate occasions and it took 3 hours for replacements (they kept forgetting or not passing on the message). I booked an executive room for a little comfort and luxury but it definitely wasn’t unfortunately. The biggest let down was the pool which was tiny, too busy and not the cleanest. It was ok and the staff were nice but definitely not at all worth the price….

the room was clean and tidy. the staff were nice and polite. we did not get the chance to use the pool or sauna because we run out of time. the breakfast was ok, but there was no information to let us know how to get there. i would have liked a better choice of pastries on offer for breakfast. the lift works with your room key card, but we were not told this, it took us a moment to see the notice on the lift.

Akir on reception was amazing lovely warm welcome, nothing too much trouble. Such a rarity to meet a really lovely person 💕 Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss on occasion and Akir was on it and it was sorted 😀.
